Who is the Note Lawyer?

I have spent most of my legal career representing note investors, mortgage servicers, and other professionals within the default servicing industry. In that time, I’ve found that my clients and their peers have recurring questions about the ever-changing laws and regulations affecting mortgage loan enforcement and foreclosure. I want to help answer those questions and give a little back to the note investing and servicing community.

So, I created The Note Lawyer – a legal blog and educational resource for note investors and servicers.
